Who we are
Velto started in 2020 when we bought our first short-term rental in Belmar, NJ. What started as a small project quickly turned into something we love—we now own 8 units in the area and have hosted hundreds of guests, earning over 200 five-star reviews along the way. We’ve learned a lot about what makes a great short-term rental, from maximizing earnings to creating an amazing guest experience. Now, we’re excited to help other property owners do the same and make the most of their homes at the Jersey Shore.
